There's parking for 2 cars in the driveway and an additional 3 cars can park at the overflow parking - a 3 minute walk from the house.

Villa By The Castle is one of the closest villas to the community club house

We have tons of baby gear. 2 High chairs, 2 pack 'n plays, 2 strollers, 2 cribs with extra-thick mattresses, booster seat, baby bottle sterilizer, baby monitor and 3 sets of bed rails.

We do with prior approval, pet fee and signed pet waiver

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, however, it is permitted in the pool enclosure. There are ashtrays kept under the kitchen sink for your use.

We love to travel as a family and have become devoted vacation home renters.   From Florida to France, from the moment we had our first vacation rental experience in OBX, we were hooked.  It was such an intimate & happy experience for our family and we still have lasting memories from those trips.  Vacation rentals are now the only way we travel and wanted to also pass on that experience to families staying in our Villa.
